Common questions

Before you request service

Photos, RV details and a clear description help BlueBonnet choose the best mobile or Rice-shop setup for the work.

Can every listed service be done mobile?

Yes, each listed service can be considered for mobile work when access, weather, travel and the repair scope allow. The Rice shop is preferred for larger, weather-sensitive or multi-day roof, floor and structural projects.

Can you price major damage from a photo?

Photos help with triage, but hidden roof, floor and wall damage may not be measurable until an inspection or controlled tear-down.

Can I bring an RV to the Rice service center now?

The lease is active and move-in is underway. Mobile service remains available while the Rice shop opens in phases, so call before bringing an RV to confirm access and scheduling.

Do you install customer-supplied hitches or controllers?

Fitment, condition, instructions and liability need to be reviewed first. Send the vehicle, trailer and product information with the request.

Request service

Tell us what you are working with.

Include the RV or trailer type, the problem you are seeing, where it is located and the best way to reach you. Major roof, floor and structural work starts with an inspection.
